These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the rules and regulations for using our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our services.

We provide Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting and Dedicated Server hosting services worldwide. These include provisioning hardware resources, network connectivity, and technical support.

To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and are accountable for activities under your account. You agree to use our services in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

Services are billed in advance, and fees are non-refundable except in cases of termination without cause by us. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of our services after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new rates.

Your use of our services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

You may terminate your account at any time. Prepaid fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to terminate your account for violations of these Terms or the AUP or with reasonable notice if done without cause (unused fees will be refunded).

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or losses due to service interruptions or errors.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in Cypriot courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Changes will be communicated via email or website updates. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
