The Cyprus Radiotelevision and Digital Services Authority has assessed EDGBL Ltd. (HE 445836), the operator of EDIS Global, and confirmed that its services fall within the scope of the EU Digital Services Act, Regulation (EU) 2022/2065.

The Authority has confirmed that EDGBL Ltd.’s details will be published in its Register of Providers of Intermediary Services pursuant to Article 13(5) of Cyprus Law 122(I)/2025.
